The weather has been quite a change from Costa Rica. The high in Costa Rica is usually around 80 degrees and the low in the 60s. Here in North Carolina the low has been in the 20s and the high in the 50s. Needless to say it is quite different and our bodies are still adjusting. One funny thing is that we have had to borrow clothes for our time here, Sean and I gave away most of our winter clothes before leaving the States last year and Lucy of course has no warm clothes so only Ellie (who is wearing Lucy's old clothes) is suited for this kind of weather. Our time in the States is quickly coming to a end and soon we will experience the weather in Honduras where the low is in the 80s and high in the 100s. WOW I think our bodies might go into shock :)
Lucy loves her new riding toy- don't you wish things like this were shippable?!
Its especially fun with Gannie pushing.
The cold weather doesn't stop Lucy from wanting to go to the Park every day. Even though Lucy knows we have left Costa Rica she still asks daily to go to the Park, Musmanni (her favorite bakery), and Price Mart (a store similar to Sam's Club).
We have had fun playing with bubbles which was a Christmas gift from Aunt Kat and Uncle Ed.
And also sidewalk chalk another Christmas gift.
We might be cold and bundled up but we are still happy!
